Dr. Wilson Ho 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Dr. Wilson Ho, Plastic Surgeon and a cherished member of our esteemed Innovation Forum expert panel. Dr. Ho's visionary contributions to the field of aesthetic medicine have left an indelible mark on our community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. 

 

In honoring Dr. Ho's memory, we reflect on his favorite quote by Steve Jobs: "Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower." Dr. Ho embodied this spirit, consistently inspiring us with his pioneering ideas and unwavering dedication to progress in the field. 

 

As a tribute to Dr. Ho, we have dedicated this space to his legacy, featuring a photo and a few words that capture the essence of his scientific contributions to the Innovation Forum. We invite you to join us in commemorating Dr. Ho's life and work, celebrating the impact he has made on our community and the world of aesthetic medicine.

Watch out for the Innovation Forum 2024. Once again Merz Aesthetics is going to enable ambitious talents to present their work as a part of the Innovation Forum. Any professional and innovative idea or research work from the aesthetic medicine field can be submitted. Examples include, but are not limited to, pre-clinical or clinical work, innovations in the field of anatomy or novel observations from daily clinical practice.

Winner > 5 years' experience in aesthetic medicine:

Sandy Zhang-Nunes from the US who explored the response of HA fillers to recombinant human hyaluronidase.
